The Pioneer Valley Council is pleased to offer  Computer Based Training (CBT) sessions for the convenience of our leaders.  Prepared by the Boy Scouts of America, these trainings provide the same material required to be presented in the classroom version.

Introducing E-LEARNING -- THE FUTURE OF ON-LINE SCOUT TRAINING!  The Pioneer Valley Council is excited to be a participant in the Boy Scouts of America's new E-LEARNING PORTAL, where comprehensive training for all Scout programs will eventually be available.  The E-LEARNING website will track your training for you, and updates your official record.

The updated ON-LINE LEARNING CENTER site is where you will find

When you use E-LEARNING for the first time you need to create a userid and password-  both your choice so that you can remember them.  When you create your userid you'll provide your name, address, and other information.  One of the pieces of information is a number that can be found on your membership card.  DON'T WORRY IF YOU CAN'T FIND THIS NUMBER ... you can add it at anytime!!!

Trainings that can  update your training records that you have completed that particular course will report this to the Pioneer Valley Council directly.  These courses  end by asking your name, date of birth, and council.  For proper credit  please answer with your name as it appears on your unit charter or membership card.  It is recommended that you notify your UNIT COMMITTEE when completing  any training (On-Line or traditional) so that unit records are current).
